Roger has been a shareholder since 1996 and has been with R. A. Mercer & Co., P.C. for over two decades. He has nearly three decades of public accounting experience providing auditing, accounting and consulting services to housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities. He has also prepared individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns since 1987.
Roger is vice president and secretary of R. A. Mercer’s Board of Directors. Roger now works out of the West Seneca office after spending 20 years commuting to the Cattaraugus office.
