Ken is a shareholder and has served as president of R. A. Mercer & Co., P.C since 2009. He originally joined the firm in 1982 straight out of college, but left in 1986 to serve as CFO of a large restaurant franchise. He returned to the firm in 1993. Ken specializes in income tax, commercial auditing and accounting, and business management consulting services.
Ken is a qualified peer reviewer of other certified public accounting firms in accordance with the standards set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He maintains regular office hours out of both the Springville and Sardinia offices.
